Dinner with the Brewmaster!
This special event is limited to the first 20 participants, we do this to keep it intimate and personal. This special evening takes place in the historic Hermit Club dining room, where you will be treated to a five-course pairing of delicious foods and fantastic Hofbräuhaus Brews. This is a must experience event, and will not only tickle the taste buds, but will also be quite educational in the brewing and cooking processes. A great way to delight that foodie or craft beer aficionado.

Dill Pickle Soup
Original Lager– a balanced, full-bodied lager.
Strawberry, cucumber and spinach salad with an apple cider vinaigrette.
Hefeweizen– an unfiltered wheat ale with fruity notes.
Crostini Plate featuring BBQ pork with krautsalat, bratwurst with beer cheese & Dunkel caramelized onions,
and shaved sauerbraten with horseradish and dill.
Sudmeister– an unfiltered pale lager, balancing hop forward notes with muted fruit notes.
Braised short ribs with brown sugar glazed carrots and oven roasted garlic and herb potatoes.
Royal Red Export– a malt forward amber lager with a citrusy hop finish.
